The Chalet is located besides the centre of the city. The beach is only 800 metres away. It’s an amazing chalet with private swimming pool. The main entrance is accessed via a broad exterior staircase. 

Entering from the first floor you enter a hall from where you access a large lounge and comprehensive library with an open fireplace, living room, dining room,kitchen and pantry. On this floor there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and  and a further bedroom with en suite. In addition there is a cloakroom. From the lounge there is direct access to porch and terrace.

Second Floor: Here there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large bedroom with en suite and it’s own large terrace with panoramic views. On the ground floor there is a bedroom for domestic service with it’s own bathroom, the wine cellar, games room and integral garage.

The interior of the villa is luxurious, light and stylishly decorated. It has it’s own unique view of the Mediterranean sea and the town of Sant Feliu de Guixols.It has a built area of 1,010 metres squared and a delightful garden. The swimming pool is located besides the house, surrounded by an extensive solarium where it is possible to fullly enjoy the sun and the fresh air Here there is an outdoor dining area complete with barbecue, bar, changing rooms, toilets and a gym. In the annex by the swimming pool there are two guest bedrooms with their own bathroom. this summer accommodation is ideal to accommodate a number of families due to the large area available It is possible to park securely within the property.

The Costa Brava extends 100 km from Blanes to Port Bou near to the French border ensuring that the Costa Brava is a popular destination for vacations and festivals.

FIRST ¬ The tenant confirms that their stay in the accommodation is only for holiday or tourist use. Groups of young people (average age, less than or equal to 25 years) are not allowed in this holiday residence. Pets are not allowed in this villa.

SECOND ¬ The tenant declares that he is aware of the conditions and characteristics of the accommodation and declares that he is obliged to keep the accommodation in good condition during his stay.

THIRD ¬ The tenant is solely responsible for both the damages caused to the accommodation and the damages that could happen to other people or things. In addition, it is obliged to compensate for the damages or losses that it causes in the lodging, by own reason or by the companions.

FOURTH ¬ The accommodation is rented in its current state including water, gas and electricity supplies.

FIFTH ¬ This contract is made in the name of the tenant, and therefore is not transferable to any other person. By signing this contract, the tenant expressly waives articles 31, 32 and 33 of the Spanish lease law and therefore the right to sublease, transfer, total or partial transfer.

SIXTH In no case is the tenant allowed to keep the material explosive or flammable. Any kind of business or immoral activity is prohibited, but rather annoying activities for the neighborhood. SEVENTH ¬ According to article 3_4 of the Spanish leasing law, the tenant has to leave the accommodation in similar conditions as he found it.

EIGHTH - The property reserves the right to charge the tenant's credit card for the amount deemed timely, in order to repair, paint or replace the damaged furniture, or any defect in the accommodation during the period of His stay, being able to carry out until fifteen days after his departure.

NOVENA ¬ In case of losing the key of the accommodation, the renter must pay € 50 for each set of keys.

TEN ¬ The apartment will be vacated by 11:00. In case of not meeting these hours, the owner reserves the right to charge an extra night.

Coexistence rules

The tenant has the obligation to behave in a civic way and to respect the general rules of coexistence. In the event that these general norms of coexistence are not maintained, the property has the right to require the tenants to leave the accommodation.

Noise / / It is very important to respect the noise level (people, music) after 9.00 at night.

Events / / No parties, meetings, events and weddings are allowed.

Filming / / No advertising and cinematographic filming is allowed.

Security / / Always close the street door. It is important to make sure after entering or leaving that the door is safely closed.

Trash / Trash should be left in closed plastic bags.

Smoking is not allowed / / Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.

Lights and air conditioning / / Turn off the air conditioning and lights if you are away from the accommodation.

Delivery service / / The day of your arrival to the accommodation must be clean with towels and bed linen. On the day of departure the client must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state.

Guest Identity // On the day of arrival the contract must be completed and signed including information regarding all guests staying in the apartment.

The property will not be responsible for any inconveniences that are beyond its control, the property can not be held responsible for theft / damage to property or accidents that result in personal injury.

During the stay in the villa, an employee of the property will work on maintenance and garden tasks, having its adjoining dependencies within the villa.

The breach of the aforementioned rules will be considered breach of contract and will allow immediate notification of cancellation without notice and without the customer's right to claim any reimbursement of the amount paid. In this case, the client must vacate the apartment immediately.


The tenant is obliged to pay a deposit before occupying the accommodation that will be returned on departure in case there are no damages of 1.000 €
